Watched by a hardy crowd of well-wishers and accompanying music from the Bluebell Railway Band, LB&SCR Class A1 0-6-0T No. 55 Stepney and SECR P Class 0-6-0T No. 323 Bluebell depart on the rear of The Pioneer, the first train from East Grinstead to Sheffield Park of the Bluebell Railways East Grinstead Opening Festival, on 23rd March 2013. LB&SCR E4 Class 0-6-2T No. B473 Birch Grove was leading the train.
