The WCML and the M6 Motorway share the hillside as they thread their way through the Lune Gorge. In this view on 2nd March 2013 unidentified Virgin Super-Voyagers pass each other, the northbound train on the left forming the 11:20 Birmingham - Glasgow while the southbound train forms the reciprocal 12:00 Glasgow - Birmingham.
