US Army Transportation Corps Class S160 2-8-0 No. 6046 approaches Cheddleton on the 09:25 Kingsley and Froghall to Cauldon Lowe service at the Churnet Valley Railway Winter Steam Gala on 24th February 2013. This was No. 6046s first Gala appearance after restoration at the CVR. No. 6046 dwarfs the Beyer Peacock 0-4-0ST No. 1827 seen in Cheddleton yard.
