Gresley Class A4 Pacific No. 60009 'Union of South Africa' is seen at Carlisle Station shortly after arrival with the 'Winter Cumbrian Mountain Express' on 9th February 2013. The engine had hauled the train from Carnforth cresting Shap Summit at 38.6mph on a fantastic run that at one point topped 80mph.
