Under all this filth, is MLV No. 68009, on 7th April 1985. Definitely due a trip through the washer, it is seen here stabled on '4 Lay-by' attached to a vacuum fitted NDV. This whole train formed the 02:30 Ashford - Margate Mail train via Canterbury West, the ensemble returning from Margate to Ramsgate as an ECS working.
