Brush Type 4 Class 47 No's. D1677 Thor (received nameplates from the destroyed No. D1671) and D1577 with full yellow end in Crewe Works on a school trip on 11th June 1967. I believe the Class 20 in the left foreground is No. D8064. D1677 entered service 24th April 1965 and under TOPS became 47091 then 47647 and 47846.On 7th May 2003 it became 57308 Thunderbirds Tin Tin. D1577 entered service 25th April 1964 and under TOPS became 47457. Withdrawn 21st February 1992 and stored at Old Oak Common until May 1997 when the duff was cut up by staff from MRJ Phillips of Llanellly.
