BR LMR Engineering department Service diesel locomotive 0-4-0 No. ED2, built by Fowler in 1949, is seen at the Derby loco works open day on 29th August 1966, in company of classmates ED4 and ED5. ED2, of only 150 BHP, worked at Beeston sleeper department in the 1950s and was withdrawn in 1965, although not scrapped until September 1967.
