Between Harrow South Junction and Mantles Wood Chiltern Trains operate over London Underground infrastructure. On the 15th October 2012 Chiltern Trains Class 165 unit No. 165018 departs from the London Underground station at Harrow On The Hill with 2C27, the 10:27 Aylesbury Vale to London Marylebone service.
