West Coast Class 47 No. 47760 takes the outward leg of the Railway Touring Company's 'The Wensleydale Railway' excursion over the River Swale, between Northallerton and Leeming Bar, on Saturday 13th October 2012. Attached to the rear was LNER K4 steam locomotive No. 61994 The Great Marquess, which would then haul the return leg back to Northallerton and on to Newcastle where the tour originated.
