On the 26th September 2012 the London Underground A stock trains were finally withdrawn from passenger service after 52 years of service. To mark the occassion the final train that ran in service carried commemorative headboards. The final Southbound service into the city and on the Amersham branch was the 16:46 Amersham to Aldgate all stations service, which is seen here arriving at Chorleywood with unit No. 5034 leading.
