Built in 1886 Canadian Pacific 4-4-0 No. 374 hauled the first passenger train into Vancouver in 1887 when the line was completed from East to West Canada. Seen in its own smart pavilion in Vancouver on 19th September 2012, this historic locomotive was rebuilt in 1914 and was working until 1948. Outside a roundhouse turntable has been preserved. Unfortunately the pavilion is not listed on tourist information on Vancouver and is away from most Downtown Vancouver attractions, and deserves better publicity.
