On the everning of Thursday 20th September 2012 two Stratford stable mates, in what could be a scene from the 1980's, wait in the platform at Dereham Station. Class 47 No. 47596 'Aldeburgh Festival' in its newly painted Network South East livery and leading the pair class mate No. 47580 'County of Essex', which are to be the first train out of Dereham, the 1W01 09:00 Dereham to Wymondham Abbey, on the first day of the three day Class 47 Goldern Jubilee weekend on the Mid Norfolk Railway.
