Saturday freight diversions: for fans of the Peterborough to Ely line, the next few months offers a veritable feast of extra weekend container workings to and from Felixstowe, with many services that would normally use the WCML and Stratford being diverted instead via Peterborough and Ely. Here, in beautiful late summer sunshine, Freightliner Class 66 No. 66571 heads across Cow Common, at Manea in Cambridgeshire, with the 4L89 working from Coatbridge to Felixstowe on Saturday 15th September 2012.
