The peaks of the Moelwyns and Cnicht form the backdrop for Double Fairlie No. 11 'Earl of Merioneth' as it returns from the Cob to Porthmadog Harbour to work the 16:00 to Blaenau Ffestiniog on 14th August 2012. The loco had piloted the 15:40 to Caernarfon out of the station.
