Class 50's No. 50008 'Thunderer' and No. 50015 'Valiant' are seen before departure from Newquay with the return Pathfinder charter, the Valiant Thunderer, to Manchester on 23rd November 1991. No. 50033 had hauled the tour west from Plymouth and upon arrival back at Plymouth ran round and coupled on the front to triple head back to Bristol where they all were removed in favour of No. 47819.
