Last year Class 33 No. 33109 paid a visit to the Wensleydale Railway. Early on the morning of 30th September 2011 the first train of the day to Redmire is being prepared. No. 33109 was introduced on the 8th Octonber 1960 and allocated to 73C-Hither Green depot. Loco has carried the name Captain Bill Smith RNR.
