London Underground S-Stock unit No. 21078 arrives at Liverpool Street on 17th June 2012 with a Metropolitan Line working to Aldgate and is about to pass the Metropolitan Railway signal box built by McKenzie and Holland and opened in 1875. It was closed as a signal box in 1956 and converted to an interlocking machine room, which is still in use today, although controlled from Baker Street.
