This quintessential scene at Weybourne might have been more familiar had Dr. Beeching not decimated the many branch lines under his 'Reshaping of British Railways'. During the North Norfolk Railway's Summer Diesel Gala on 25th May 2012, resident four wheel Diesel Railbus No. E79960 works the 2C41 15:50 service to Holt, standing in for No. 55019 which has gone to the rescue of a failed No. 47367.
