East Midlands Train Class 156 No. 156410 heads towards the Station Road crossing, on the Pinxton Branch, with an early morning ECS train to Mansfield Woodhouse to form a Robin Hood Line Nottinghan service.
Classed as 'freight only' serveral such workings run each day, a summer morning making a rare shot possible, as here on 30th May 2012.
