LMS Class 11 Shunter No.12049 providing cab rides at Ropley during the Mid Hants Railway's Day out with Thomas on 11 April 2012. Built in 1948, withdrawn in 1971, preserved in 1998 and severely fire damaged at Ropley Shed in 2010 the shunter has had an eventful history but looks like it has many more years of service to come.
