The visiting Austerity 0-6-0T from Nene Valley failed on the first day of the 1960s Gala at the GCR, so a more than acceptable substitute was No. 4953 Pitchford Hall, here seen leaving Quorn on 30th March 2012. The GCR will miss the GWR style the Hall has given when it leaves the Railway shortly.
