“City of Truro” 4-4-0 No. 3717 visiting the Pontypool & Blaenavon Railway during the official opening by Mr. Pete Waterman OBE of the heritage railway's extension south to Blaenavon’s High Level Station. Mr. Waterman’s attendance was on the 17th September 2010 whereas this photograph was taken during the heritage railway's annual Gala on the 19th September 2010 which also celebrated the 175 years anniversary of the GWR.
