A stunning example of restoration, Wisbech and Upwell Composite Tramcar No. 7 stands in the carriage sheds at Weybourne, on 4th September 2011. Built in 1884 by GER Stratford, it worked the Fenland metals until 1927, where line closure saw it move on to Essex, until 1951. Sister tramcar No. 8 saw fame and destruction in the ‘Titfield Thunderbolt’, while No. 7 (now No. E60461E) went on to become an onion store, on a farm in Ramsey Cambridgeshire.
