VSOE regularly offers dining excursions from London Victoria to Bath and Bristol for those with deep, well filled pockets, many of the excursions are steam hauled. On 3rd August 2011 rebuilt SR Merchant Navy Pacific number No. 35028 Clan Line is seen approaching Freshford while returning with the 16.39 Bristol Temple Meads to Victoria. Earlier in the day this locomotive had started a lineside fire between Saltford and Keynsham whish caused many services to be delayed or even cancelled, even this working was about 30-minutes late.
