Unique in the UK this tri-cycle inspection trolley was used on the Norwegian State railways until 1982 fro spotting track defects and lineside fires. It is capable of speeds of up to 20 mph and has a crude Ferodo plate brake pad on the front wheel. It was displayed in the North Yorkshire Moors Railway Grosmont Shed on 16th June 2011.
