EMT Class 158 No. 158847 waits to depart Matlock, while to the left of the train extensive work has seen track laid into platform 2 for Peak Rail services to work into the station and all vegetation cleared from the platform, although this looks a good couple of feet lower than the NR platform opposite on 1st June 2011.
