ATW's Class 158 fleet is currently undergoing refurbishment with the aid of £7.5M funding from the Welsh Assembly Government which also sees the Class 153s being upgraded. Nos. 158840 and No. 158838 are the first to be completed; the latter shows off its revised livery near Llanharan forming the 1615 Maesteg to Cheltenham Spa on 14th May 2011.
