A familiar sight in recent weeks on mileage accumulation runs are the Class 379s, destined for NXEA. On 10th May 2011, Nos. 379019 and 379020 are briefly held in Platform 3 at Stafford to allow a down Pendolino to overtake it before proceeding on to Crewe from Northampton.
