Doncaster Works Open Day. The first two Civil Engineer allocated 31's were mistakenly painted in Flint Grey by Stratford works. No. 31166 was so treated. All subsequent repaints were Railfreight Grey and later on Yellow was added to the livery hence the appedage ' Dutch Livery) .
