Although in a tidy but derelict condition No. 5979 'Wootton Hall' is a sad sight stored at Appleby Heritage Centre. It is rumoured to be ultimately destined for the Ribble Steam Centre at Preston but must be a long term prospect for restoration, though miracles do happen on 24th March 2011.
