Things do not always go to plan with railway photography as can be seen in this shot. The driver of the Scarborough bound TransPennine class 185 No. 185148 appeared anxious to beat 'Deltic' no. 55022 'Royal Scots Grey' as the Class 55 was overtaken at Copmanthorpe on the approach to York on 5th March 2011. The Class 55 was working the Spitfire Tours charter from King's Cross to Edinburgh.
