Viewed from the signalbox, passengers disembark from a British Rail Derby Lightweight DMU at Chatteris Station, circa 1964. The headboard shows King’s Lynn, although the line runs up to March, and would neccessitate a change. This rural location would appear to allow passengers to exit by means of crossing the track.
