Rugby 20 years ago and a big freeze up. Friday 8th February 1991 finds Class 31/5 No. 31537 coupled to classmates Nos. 31530 and 31546 to tow them to Bescot. The latter two locomotives were both fired up and then turned off to make sure they were ok before being towed away. Class 310/1 No. 310107 awaits standby duties in the due to completely disrupted services and no Class 321s in service due to doors freezing up.
