LMS Black 5 No. 44871 awaits a path into the Down Reception Sidings where it will remain for the night in preparation for a Sunday outing to York on 12th December 2010. The working is 5Z61 from Carnforth to Crewe DRS, it was powered from Carnforth to Crewe by Class 47/4 No. 47500 which ran round in preparation for the ECS to Liverpool in the morning.
