The last scheduled run of the 1P05 London Euston to Preston Fridays only using a Class 90 and Virgin Mk 3 set took place on 10th December 2010. The service will now revert to either Pendolino or Voyager rolling stock. No. 90024 is seen on platform 5 at Preston having just arrived with the 'last' run, for the moment at least.
