On 1st December 2010 on hire East Midlands HST power car No. 43066 is the rear vehicle on the East Coast 11:30 King's Cross - Newcastle with with 43058 in the lead. Operating to the 80mph contingency timetable this train was departs from York some 30 minutes later than normal.
