A Birmingham New Street to Edinburgh Voyager comes to a stand at Leyland as a result of signal PN 43 being at danger on 16th October 2010. This unscheduled stop was as a result of Class 66/5 No. 66514 waiting on the 'Up Fast' at Farington Junction with 6Y45 waiting to cross to the East Lancs line.
