Preserved Class A4 4-6-2 Pacific, No. 60019, Bittern (complete with two tenders) heads north from Retford with the late running Silver Jubilee at 11.46 on Thursday 30th September 2010. At this point the train was about 50 minutes late, reportedly due to poor steaming, and had stopped on Stoke Bank for 40 minutes for a blow-up. 6233, Duchess of Sutherland was waiting at York to take the train on to Newcastle.
