22nd May 2004 was FA Cup Final Day and, due to the reconstruction of Wembly Arena the match was being held at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff. To handle the influx of supporters a 'Park and Ride' system was introduced in Newport with a rail shuttle service to Cardiff. EWS No. 67025 was employed on one of the shuttle trains with a rake of coaches hired in from Riviera Trains. It is seen here on the down relief line at Rumney at around 11.30am.
