'Tornado' returns the VSOE luncheon circular tour to London on 20th August 2010, passes Clapham Junction with copious chime whistle-blowing and being saluted by the station staff (in the hi-vi jacket). Note the second vehicle, a mk. 2 coach, which does not normally feature in the VSOE steam-hauled rake. A few minutes later, there was a fly-past of a 'Spitfire' and a 'Hurricane' over central London to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Winston Churchill speech referring to the famous 'few' to whom we all owe a debt.
