1958-built AC Railbus, W79976, has been stored in the yard behind Loughborough shed for many years. Owned by the David Clark Railway Trust, it is rumoured that it is to undergo restoration with a view to working on the Mountsorrel branch that is currently under construction on 7th August 2010.
