The Pontypool & Blaenavon Railway opened its extension from Furnace Sidings South to Blaenavon High Level on a typically dismal (for a bank holiday weekend) Saturday 29th May 2010. here Austerity 0-6-0ST No. 71515 is assisted by ex-Devonport Dockart 0-4-0ST no 19 as they haul one of the inaugural trains out of Blaenavon.
