A Hertfordshire Railtours charter, the 'Deltic Reunion', arrives into Selby from Hull on 2nd January 1997 hauled by No. D9000 'Royal Scots Grey'.
The train originated at King's Cross running via Doncaster and Hull, before going forward to Leeds, Harrogate and York. The tour ran exactly 15 years after the last Deltic hauled railtour in 1982.
