No. 37189 waits at Fishguard Harbour for the boat from Rosslare with the afternoon service to Swansea on 12th November 1977. An unidentified 47 is on freightliner flats. With the troubles in Northern Ireland at the time, Special Branch officers were intrigued by someone taking photographs on a Saturday afternoon in winter.
