Class 117 railcar (No. 51388, 59498 and 51346) makes an unusual sight at Higham (Kent) on the emergency diesel shuttle service from Rochester to Gravesend on the 13th February 1988. The diesel shuttle service had been operating since the 1st February due to flooding in Strood tunnel.
