Washington Cog Railway No No. 4 'MOOSILAUKE' at Bretton Woods awaiting its nexr run to the summit. The trailer contains a brakeman who stands facing the boiler and controls the speed of decent with communication between the locomotive crew and himself. Each trailer seats about 60 passengers.
