Quadruple voltage TRAXX electric locomotive E186-228 (designated SNCB/NMBS Class 28 number 2836)at Brussels Midi at around 10.30h on Saturday 31 October 2009 having arrived with a service from Amsterdam and Antwerp. I believe that these locomotives, having replaced the SNCB/NMBS Class 11 locomotives on the Amsterdam-Antwerp-Brussels services, are being used temporarily pending the introduction of new EMUs
