After passing under the River Street bridge, Greenville & Western GP-9 no. 3751 approaches the O'Neal Street crossing in Belton, SC. One of the engineers is seen sprinting ahead to stand guard at the crossing. Due to the large number of unprotected grade-level crossings on this route and the condition of the track, train speed barely exceeds walking pace. Monday, 4 May 2009.
