In bright afternoon sunshine on 19th December 2024 DRS Class 68 No. 68008 Avenger and 68009 Titan arrive at Carnforth 'light engine' with the 12.47 Sellafield BNF - Heysham Harbour Power station which has no empty nuclear flasks on this occasion but will return later in the afternoon with loaded flasks for processing at Sellafield.
