Vintage Trains ran a Shakespeare Express charter on 27th October 2024 from Derby to Stratford upon Avon, hauled by LMS Jubilee Class No. 45596 Bahamas. During the afternoon the train ran to Birmingham Snow Hill and back along the North Warwickshire line before returning to Derby. It is seen giving passengers the full steam experience as it scatters the leaves at Earlswood on the outward leg to Birmingham Snow Hill.
